We’re not shy when it comes to experimenting with techniques and ingredients.We also get excited about hops and source them locally whenever possible to maintain the highest quality product.And while we love our fresh beers, we also can’t resist a little wood. We have a lively barrel program that yields not only the dark and strong variety but the tart and funky as well.
