The idea to start SMBC was started by our family in 2013. We began in a 125-year-old, very tiny historic house brewing with a 21-gallon propane system.
The brewery has since moved to a great spot right on the main drag with a great dog-friendly outdoor area. We have upgraded the brew system to a 1-bbl electric system and we are working toward building a custom 7-bbl brew system.
Our pub has a great beer tap list with some great Oregon-brewed beers alongside our own, non-boozy drinks, house-smoked bbq, and a variety of made-from-scratch sides.
