Håfa Adai and hello! Welcome to Latte Stone Brewing Co.! Latte Stone Brewing Co., pronounced LAT-tee, not LAH-tay, started with Ryan and Jennifer DiGiacomo a husband and wife couple with a passion for food, beer, and good times. Ryan’s mother and family live in Guam, he spent almost 10 years of his adult life in Guam running a bar/restaurant, and food truck. In 2015 he returned to his hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and shortly after married Jennifer, his high school sweetheart. They have two young boys together…you will see them running around the brewpub and beer garden from time to time.
In 2020, after years of ideas and talking Latte Stone Brewing Co. was born. Shortly after, Ryan and Jennifer moved their family along with Jennifer’s parents to Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin to start renovations on the current home of the brewpub. The premise behind the brand of Latte Stone Brewing Co. is to educate about the island of Guam, a US territory, and it’s importance to the USA.
