Eclectic Wines

Eclectic Wines is the moonlighting project of spouses Mike and Wendy Trotta, who met on the first day of class in the Enology program at Fresno State University. Both have impressive experience at Cabernet – centric Napa estates. Mike has been winemaker at Elyse Winery since 2001. Wendy has honed her skills at Dominus, HdV, Cain and other properties.
