Tin Dog Brewing

Our nano-sized 2 BBL brewery is located in the Seattle neighborhood of South Park and has been operational for five years. The company is comprised of the owners, Lisa and Eric, and three part-time servers. Our beer is available at our taproom, bottle shops, and many Summer Farmer’s Markets. What makes Tin Dog Brewing so unique: We make uncommon beers that push boundaries. You will not and have never found a standard line up at our brewery. We have never done tasters because each beer is distinct and needs to be experienced on its own merits. We do not chase trends. We approach beer making as you would cooking – with all the ingredients at our fingertips. Have you ever tasted a French Oak Wine Barrel Aged Blended Sour or an Apricot Thai Basil Pale? I bet not. We are inspired by the pre-modern European Farmhouse brewers of the past. We like them do not use artificial temperature control when fermenting our beers. Brewing in such a fashion leads to our beers being more seasonal with nature. We also believe that beers should reflect the terroir of the region in which they are brewed. We use Washington grown grain and hops in our beers whenever possible.
