Amy Gentry and Justin Reisetter opened Hunter’s Brewing on February 16, 2013 making it the first brewery in the Town of Chesterton. Originally only offering fine craft beer made on-site, they gradually expanded to also offer wine, liquor and a variety of food options, together with guest brews from other breweries and cideries around the world. In 2020, Amy and Justin decided to move on and sold to the Davies family in March of 2021. We are deeply honoured to carry on their traditions and to serve our community with an inviting and friendly atmosphere. We are now the oldest continuously operating brewery in Porter County and we hope you enjoy your visit with us.
