In 2014, Geoff Seideman and his wife Charmayne opened Honolulu Beerworks, a neighborhood craft brewery in the heart of Kaka’ako. From the beginning they focused on using unique and locally sourced ingredients in the brewing process. Honolulu Beerworks now has an experimental and robust barrel aging program.
