Roots Brewing Company was custom built by the owners with the help from other local artisans and tradesmen. Our family-friendly atmosphere reflects the relaxed, convivial attitude of our community and patrons.
Located between Albany & Binghamton and about 30 minutes from Cooperstown, Roots offers a rotating selection hand-crafted ales made on site. Our in-house beers are well-balanced and reflect traditional brewing methods, and we’re also proud to use Oneonta hops in all of them. We boast a well-curated selection of foreign, domestic, and regional beer on tap and in bottles, as well as cider and wine.
