We are very excited to announce that blend #2 of Leo is now available. Leo is our take on an American mixed-culture saison… Even though that may not be a “real” style by some purist’s standards, we love the way that American mixed-culture pioneers bring Dupont, Brettanomyces and lactic acid bacteria together in such a “crushable” way.

Our take on the style combines a rustic, old, dusty, minerality driven base Saison with notes of bright orange marmalade and a balanced acidity. We use a combination of 3+ year old whole cone hops for bittering, as well as fresh, Pacific Northwest grown hop pellets in the whirlpool for a touch of new-world hop yum yums.

It’s hard to hide the fact that Leo has become our favorite beer that we produce. Whether you decide to take this bottle down alone or share with friends, we package this beer in the 750mL format so that you can savor every sip.

Leo is available for curbside pickup at the brewery now, and will make it out to retail partners soon!
