Following the success of our sister bars in Williamsburg—Northern Bell and Jimbo Slims—we branched out and started brewing. We opened our doors in September 2019, starting out as a local taproom and branching out to distribute beer throughout New York State.
With the pandemic waning and Brooklyn Steel back in full swing, our taproom is a bustling neighborhood hub once again. Come in on a weekend afternoon and sample our beers, grab a 4-pack to go, or join us for a drink before or after any Brooklyn Steel show.
Our brewer, Sal Taccetta, came to us in January 2022 after 5 years brewing for District 96 and Keg and Lantern. He’s already made a huge impression with our Blonde Ale and the fan favorite Neon Dragonfly DIPA. Over the coming months he’ll be revamping our beer program with new styles and recreating the old favorites.
