The story of One World Brewing begins at the home of Jay and Lisa Schutz. Jay had home-brewed for years as a hobby alongside his stonemason business, and shared his passion with friends and family. Lisa and Jay knew that they loved craft beer, and when Lisa’s brother offered them the opportunity to open a brewery below his new location of his restaurant in downtown Asheville, it was the time to take a leap of faith
