Our Story

Our story has a simple beginning – two brothers who really, really like beer. These two beer nerds decided to take their brewing knowledge and began to experiment with the many different variables of the brewing process. Through their struggles and successes, alongside an awesome team, they founded Gravity Tap’d Brewing Company in 2019 to continue innovating and exploring new brews.

Founded on the premise that experimentation through science leads to amazing liquids, Gravity Tap’d takes traditional brewing methods and innovates with unique blends of yeast and fermentation styles to push beyond the brew.
