We are a destination Brew Pub located in Hickory, NC 1.5 miles from Interstate 40 at the historic Hollar Mill.
Like our Ale House in Blowing Rock, our chefs construct menus incorporating our craft brews into locally sourced ingredients to create a dining experience unlike any other. We provide customers with a taste of the High Country, with a twist of the Foothills. Our menu items are altered with the seasons, and consist of local, organic ingredients when available.
