. Patrick had just moved to Texas in 2013 and John had been here since 2002. Patrick was a Custom Home builder in NY and John still works for IBM. John being a home brewer for over 30 years, this was just something that two brothers could enjoy with each other.
Well then came the problem, they had alot more beer to drink then they had thought about, so they were giving it our to coworkers, friends and neighbors. All whom loved the beer and told the brothers they should do this to sell.. Although it sounded great that wasnt really what the brothers were going for. That all changed in Sept of 2014 when they went to the Texas Craft Brewers Festival in Austin, thats it they were hooked. John owned 9 acres of property next to the North Branch of the San Gabriel River and 7 of it was nice and flat and prime set up for what they wanted to do.
