Isabel was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. Growing up in Istanbul shaped her love for food and wine. Her favorite indigenous grapes of Turkey are Bogazkere and Okuzgozu, red varietals that enchanted her palette as she was developing a taste for wine. Wine became a passion for Isabel during her travels to Europe and while living in Paris.

Isabel completed her Masters in marketing in Chicago, IL. She lives her passion daily as co-founder of GrapeHeart Vineyards. Partnering with her husband, Isabel aims to produce high quality wines in Napa, CA. Isabel oversees the development of the GrapeHeart brand, a growing boutique winery with a team of experts in the industry.
