Stan is an engineer by trade and has been a homebrewer since 2007, focusing on the science and precision of brewing.
“Being able to express the passion and joy I get in producing these beers in such a way that the customers can actually feel it, making it tangible to the consumer, is the goal. I love to engage my artistic side without compromising the process or quality”.
Stan was raised in Lampasas, TX, and attended Texas A&M University.
