Great news, Gibsonia! We have finally reopened with a new kitchen  partner! Off the Rails BBQ has officially joined the Strange Roots fam, serving up a full menu of drool-worthy smoked meats and sides every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at our Gibsonia location. Thursday 4-10pm (kitchen closes at 9pm) Friday 4-10pm (kitchen closes at 9pm) Saturday 2-10pm (kitchen closes at 9pm) Please Note – Off The Rails smokes their meats daily and the meat is always served fresh (never frozen). Plan to get their early if you are looking to get some of that delicious brisket or some smoked ribs… because they do sell out sometimes.
