We are a small artisan brewery in West Kensington, Philadelphia. We produce delicate and flavorful beers, fermented with our own mixed cultures. A central pillar of our production is our Solera system. This pyramid of barrels contains beer of various ages, in an array of oak types from around the world. This allows us a broad palette for blending beers to our unique taste. Please enjoy them with us.
