Taylor Family – Yountville

This vintage of Five Six Seven is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petit Verdot, and 15% Merlot. The nose opens with aromas of blueberry compote, sweet milk chocolate, espresso, cedar and warm vanilla oak spice. The palate is full and complex with flavors of black forest fruits, plum pudding, cigar box and is complemented by creamy, rich textures and well integrated tannins. This wine is drinking beautifully now and will age gracefully for decades.
